Product policy for review. The operator must supply its approved terms and business details before public activation.
Use Moonleaf only for business communications and data processing you are authorized to perform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your company facts, the source and permitted use of prospect data, your connected accounts, and your compliance with applicable recipient and provider rules.
Do not impersonate others, use borrowed accounts, evade provider restrictions, make deceptive claims, or continue outreach after an opt-out. Workspace owners control member access and are responsible for reviewing recipients, messages, schedules, and budgets before launch. AI proposals require review and may be inaccurate.
Subscriptions and plan limits are displayed at checkout and in workspace billing. Manage payment details and cancellation through the connected Stripe customer portal. Provider subscriptions and usage charges may be separate from Moonleaf charges. Contact the operator about billing disputes or refund requests.
Provider acceptance of a request is not a guarantee of message delivery, inbox placement, reply, meeting, or revenue. Connected platforms may impose limits, require renewed authorization, or restrict accounts. Moonleaf does not provide an official LinkedIn automation approval.
You can disconnect accounts and stop campaigns in the application. Owners can delete workspace data from Settings. Requests already submitted to a provider may not be recalled. Contact the operator for support or to report misuse.
