Privacy notice
Product policy for review. The operator must supply its approved privacy notice and business details before public activation.
Moonleaf processes account details, workspace membership, company knowledge, prospect records, connected-account identifiers, campaign content, messages, billing references, and operational logs to provide the service.
Workspace members can access information according to their assigned roles. Connected services receive the information needed for the actions a workspace authorizes. These services may include Firebase, OpenAI, Stripe, Apollo, Hunter, Firecrawl, Unipile, HubSpot, Calendly, and Resend. Their own terms and retention practices apply.
Workspace owners can export prospect records, erase contacts, configure retention, and request whole-workspace deletion from Settings. Contact erasure removes related local conversation records and retains a one-way suppression identifier to prevent accidental recontact. Optional HubSpot cleanup is available for mapped contacts and deals. Deleting local records does not erase information already received by message recipients or every external provider.
Account tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is scoped to workspace membership. Technical safeguards reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute security. Contact the operator for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.
